Please help!!!! Nigerian caterers in Bath/Bristol/Swindon?

hello to everyone

I have only just joined this website so hopefully I am writing in the right place!

So I just got engaged and we have decided to get married in Bath (my home town), My fianc???? is Nigerian (Yoruba) and I am British so we are looking to kind of combine both cultures in terms of food and entertainment.

His family are really helpful (so far) but, having lived in London for the last 8 years I do not know any Nigerian's who live near Bath and his family are all in London. I have looked online but cannot find anything!!! image My priority at the moment is to find a good Nigerian caterer who is local to Bath or willing to travel to Bath without charging a bomb!

It would also be good to hear from any couples who have done or who are planning to do a similar thing! I know I have a huge task on my hands with both parents already trying to tell us what to do!!! (we've only been engaged for just over a week,) So would love to hear from someone!!!!! Xxx

  • Thank you, I also found them and had the same idea- so far the guy I spoke to (I'm guessing the owner) gave me his wife's mobile and said that she does catering. I haven't managed to get hold of her so far but sounds promising! Thanks x
  • Thank you bridal princess I will try them if I don't find anything nr bath. Xx
  • you're welcome
  • I am a Bristol basedcaterer so not far from Bath and I specialise Nigerian party foods. What foods did you have in mind and how many people are you wanting to host? Please let me know what meals you are interested in. Most people usually have pounded yam and egusi( melon soup), asaro (yam pottage), fried rice, jollof rice, moinmoin, etc. Are you wanting a Buffet meal or sit down meal. Will you be wanting a three course meal or just the main meal. We are also able to provide the full party package including hall decoration,Nigerian music etc. If you let me know your requirements, then we can take it from there. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

    God bless
