I've lost 4 lbs in 5 days

Hi,



I seem to have found a diet that actually works and is still quite healthy. I have been eating less carbs but not as extreme as the atkins. My typical diet is



Breakfast - one piece of wholemeal toast (with butter)



Snacks - banana, 1 babybell, pear, grapes etc



Lunch - large salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce & dressing and...



ham

chicken

tomato & mozarella

avacodo, parma ham & avocado



Snacks - as above



Dinner -meat or fish with salad, cous cous or steamed vegetables . Suggestions are...



steak, corn on the cob, coleslaw & salad

salmon & streamed brocolli, asparagus etc

chicken goujons with salad & corn on the cob

lamb kebabs with peppers & onion, cous cous & salad



It's hard for a few days and then you stop craving sugary foods. I started on Monday and have lost 4 lbs so far. I'm sure it will slow down but it's good so far

    Ooo cool! Maybe I'll give this ago after I done my other diets each for a week!
