Ideas on hanging bunting WITHOUT attaching to the walls

Hello,

Our venue are quite strict about nailing/gluing/taping anything to their walls (understandably!) I love the look of bunting/hanging pom poms but have no clue how would do this without attaching things to the walls - any clues???

    I would use helium balloons, with thin fishing wire so you can't see it and a balloon weight to stop them moving, then pop in the corners so it drapes in front of the walls or across the room...if you need it to be lifted in the middle then a balloon without string so that you get that draped effect. If you are going from corner to the middle of the room tie three or four helium balloons together and attach the bunting to them.
