tummy busters love handles muffin tops how to get rid??

Hi i work out in the gym for a good hour at least 3 times a week, i go on the crunch machine and do 4 sets of 15 reps at 30kilo, what other exercistes can i do to get rid of my bloody muffin tops???

    ok, you cannot targey weight loss!!!

    what you can do is tone up the muscle underneath, which will give the appearance that they are smaller. You need to work on your obliques, these are the muscles at the side of your waist. Using a gym ball, do twisted cunches. ask the instructor at the gym how to do. Good luck. x x
  • yeh will do the gym ball i have seen small ones? or do you mean the big ones that you sit on?
  • I have a short body and longish legs so belly/muffin always hard work. The CardioKate DVD has a good section which I find always helps with those odd bits. particularly the sides, you really feel it! Good Luck!
