I joined the gym this week and went for my first session last night - weighed myself on their super scales and Ican hardly beleive I am writing this I am 6lbs lighter than I thought I was - my rubbish electric scales have been lying to me all this time - this does not give me any reason to be complacement though so will be working hard 4 times a week to rid myself of those last few pouds, but how often does that happen - well I don't know about anyone else but it has never happened to me before!imageimageimage


  • well done hun, just watch you dont cut out wholewheat carbs for too long they are good for you x
