Flabby underarms

I just tried on my dress and had that horrible overspill from my breast/armpit. I do lots of arm exercises. Bicep curls, tricep dips, push ups. Is there anything anyone can suggest to target the muscle under the arm or that general area?

    Spot reduction of an area doesn't work. General aerobic exercise at low intensity and over a long period will burn fat (steady cycling for 50 minutes, rowing for 50 minutes at a steady pace etc).

    Tricep/bicep exercises with light weights and high reps will tone the muscle without building bulk. A combination of the aerobic and the light weights 3 or 4 times a week and you should see results.
