Weight loss suggestion

I had been trying so hard to loose some pounds without much success but i think ive finally cracked it. BREAD, Bread is the problem. for the past 3 weeks i have cut out bread during the week and also incorporated a very fast walk from my office to Kings cross station 3 times a week, which is about 2 miles (which burns about 200 caloris) and i have gone from 9 1/2 stone to just under 8.11lbs. I know its not much but for all those ladies who just wanna get rid of a bit it seems ideal



So the key, bread and fast walks a few times a week and you will notice the difference very quickly

    I'll had to give it a shot, I dont eat alot of bread but carbs in general i do. Wonder where I could walk to...

    my issue is red wine!!! i can eat really well during the day well under the calories i am allowed and then have a cheeky glass of vino and BOOOM there they pile on!!
