  • Hello, 30 day shred is an intense DVD by Jillian Michaels who is the trainer on Americas - The Biggest Loser. It's tough, but it's worth it cuz it actually works. I think it's quite easy to stick to because its just 30 days. 10 days of level 1, 10 days of level 2 and 10 days of level 3. Plus each work out is only 20 mins long (25 mins including warm up and cool down) so its really easy to fit it into your day. I would recommend this DVD over and over again. I am starting this DVD again on the 2nd Jan along with jogging just for a bit more cardio.

    The work outs consist of 3 circuits, 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio and 1 min of abs.



    For £5 odd from play or amazon it is definitely worth the money, and anyone thinking of doing it should definitely give it a go.xxx
