My Fitness Pal and 30 Day Shred

Hi Everyone.



I've just signed up to my fitness pal after seeing everyones tickers. I'm loving it so far!



I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to fill in the exercise section when you've done the 30 Day Shred?

    The shred burns around 240-250 for level one, I dont think theres an option for it on MFP but if you put cardio in and just fiddle with the time until you hit the 250 calorie mark image x

    I look up first how many calories 'circuit training - general' burns then make my own exercise based on the circuit training values.
